The Londoner has a guest-only club called The Residence, three exclusive parlour rooms, and a state-of-the-art ballroom that holds 850 guests. Free Wi-Fi 6 is available on unlimited devices, and the hotel offers bike tours, evening entertainment, live music, and temporary art galleries. The hotel is a member of the Preferred Hotels and Resorts Legend Collection and won the Hotel of the Year award at the AHEAD Europe Awards 2022.

Rooms & Suites

The hotel offers 350 bedrooms and suites, including a tower penthouse suite with panoramic views of London. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a table, and a private bathroom with designer fixtures. The interior design was created by Yabu Pushelberg, who added automatic toilets and heated seats in bathrooms.

Dining & Bars

The Londoner has six concept restaurants and bars, including a rooftop lounge on the eighth floor called 8 at The Londoner, a champagne bar with over 35 bottles, and a secret whisky room. Whitcomb's restaurant serves breakfast with a buffet and cooked-to-order options, and The Residence offers complimentary antipasti, soft drinks, tea, and coffee throughout the day. The Y Bar transforms from a work space during the day to a cocktail and live-music venue at night.

Wellness & Spa

The hotel has a spa and wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, a gym with Peloton bikes, a sauna, steam room, and a superfood clinic. Guests can book beauty services like haircuts, manicures, facials, and waxing, as well as body treatments, massages, and yoga classes. The spa also has a relaxation area, spa packages, and a personal trainer on request.
